The young woman, who missed her friends back in school when filming, started to get alienated from showbiz during her senior years. Her interest began to fade in performing and focusing on pursuing her studies. Though she wanted to be an author of food writing but ended up working as a fact-checker for Zagat's guide to eating out. Her job was not what she wanted. work as an assistant editor at HarperCollins. As a result of advice from her agent she decided to return to acting. The actress took classes in order to improve her abilities. Soon after, she was able to be cast as Liza in the show "In the Loop" and started appearing for Off Broadway productions. She is often unsure of how her life would be differently if she had not taken breaks from performing. But she appreciates that she chose to do it.
