Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American performer and actress. Her birthplace and childhood was in Huntington Woods, Michigan, and is the daughter of Lorelei (Frygier) who is an RN as well as Tom Bell, a television news director. She has Polish (mother's) as well as German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen discovered her passion for entertainment as a young stage of her life. In 1992, she was awarded her first part in her audition in Raggedy Ann & Andy. Bell aged 13 at the time her mother enrolled to become an agent was also cast in ads on newspapers and TV. She is now also taking private acting lessons. Bell had a minor role that was not credited to her in Polish Wedding (1998), in 1998. Bell was a member of the Drama and Music Club at Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz was staged by her high school and she took home the role as Dorothy. After graduating, Bell made the move in New York City to attend the highly regarded Tisch School of the Arts in which she was a musical theater student. Bell quit her college in 2001 after she landed the role of Becky in the film Tom Sawyer. That is the year she had her first credit debut as Pootie Tang. Pootie Tang (2001), but her scene was cut and her appearance exists only in the credit sequence. The year 2002 saw her first major role. Bell appeared as a character in her first Broadway production of The Crucible with Liam Neeson as well as Angela Bettis.
