Lynda Carter is the American singer and actress popularly recognized as Wonder Woman from the television show of the same title in the 1970s. Apart from her many film and television appearances, she is considered an icon of the culture. Lynda is, along with having a lengthy and profitable performing career, has created five television specials for networks that have been highly rated. Some of them have been nominated for the Emmy Awards. She's performed on stage with several of the most famous and renowned singers in the world. These include Ray Charles Tom Jones Kenny Rogers George Benson Ben Vereen. Lynda began her professional journey in Tempe Arizona at 14. Her father runs a paper mill and she is from Italian origin. Laura comes born in Denville New Jersey. At Morris Knolls High School, she discovered her love in acting. Following the high school years, she attended CarnegieMellon School of Drama Pittsburgh and earned a bachelor's diploma in fine arts in the year 1984. Giacomo started the acting profession with her first show in New York, where she performed on stage and received praise from the audience. Her screen debut was in 1987 when she played small roles in various television series. Her appearances in television shows such as Spenser for Hire: A Crime Story, The Equalizer, Miami Vice as well as Spenser For Hire A Crime Story.
